How the night runs

Three hours. Zero spectators.

You are not here to watch. Every guest gets tools, ice and a place at the bar, and makes every drink with their own hands.

Arrive and mingle

ID check at the door, a name badge and a table of four. Come solo or bring your crew.

Shake, stir, build

Your mixologist shows you how, then you make it. Three rounds, ten mini cocktails, a new technique every time.

Swap tables

New round, new table, new people. By the last drink you have met half the room.

The showdown

Teams go head to head on the final cocktail. Winners take the glory, everyone takes the group photo.

Cocktails that talk back

The menu changes from night to night, so we never promise which ten you will make. Expect icons with attitude, like these.

A Margarita with a salt rim and lime
Shake me like you mean it. Salt on the rim, lime on the nose.
Margarita
An Old Fashioned with orange peel
Slow down. I am stirred, never rushed.
Old Fashioned
A Negroni with orange
Three equal parts. Zero compromise.
Negroni
A Mojito with fresh mint
Muddle gently. Mint bruises easily.
Mojito
A Cosmopolitan in a martini glass
Fine strain me. I like a clean finish.
Cosmopolitan
An Espresso Martini with three coffee beans
Shake hard, or no foam for you.
Espresso Martini

Every drink is a mini cocktail of 60 to 80 ml, so you can taste all ten and still remember the recipes.

Good to know

Before you book

Do I need any experience?

None at all. The class starts with how to hold a shaker and builds from there. If you already mix at home, you will pick up professional technique and a few party tricks.

Ten cocktails sounds like a lot. Is it?

They are mini cocktails of 60 to 80 ml each, served over three hours with water on every table. In total it is roughly what you would drink in three standard cocktails. Every drink also has an alcohol-free version.

Can I come on my own?

Yes, and you will not be on your own for long. Tables are mixed, they rotate during the night, and solo guests are seated together.

Where is it?

At a licensed late-night venue in Kensington, London. We email the full address and directions before your night.

Is there an age limit?

The night is for over-18s only. We operate Challenge 25, so please bring photo ID: a passport, a driving licence or a PASS card.

What if I cannot make my date?

You can move your booking to another night free of charge up to 7 days before. After that you can give your seat to someone else.
